What forms of payment is accepted?
Major
credit cards via paypal.
How long is the membership & how is it
paid?
It is a per month membership paid via
paypal's
subscription service automatically every month
until you
cancel the subscription.
After I pay, when will I receive my member
info?
For our auction template members, after payment
is
made, you will need to click on "Access My Subscription" while
you are still in your
paypal account. If you forget
to do this after making payment,
email us and your
account will be created within 24 hours.
For our image hosting members, after payment is
made, you will
receive an email with member info.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Auction
template members will login to their paypal
account to cancel
subscription. You can do this by
clicking on one of the various links
found on our site.
Our image hosting members will login to their image
hosting
account, click on account info, then find the
link at the bottom of the
page that says cancel account.
Are new templates added to the membership
area?
Yes, we add new auction templates on a regular
basis.
Announcements are posted once something
is added to the member area
within the member area.
How is the image hosting tracked?
The image
hosting space and bandwidth is tracked
by our tracker. You will see this
in the left hand
corner. It will tell you how much space you
have
left and how much bandwidth you have used for
the current
month.
Can I upgrade my Image hosting
membership?
Yes, upgrades can be done in the member area.
What auction sites do the auction templates work
with?
The auction templates we have are designed just
for
eBayTM members, but may work with
other sites.
